TERMS & CONDITIONS

For UK bookings, a deposit (non refundable) of £10 per person per night is required. Please inform us in advance if you intend to arrive after 6.00pm. Failure to do so may result in your room being re-let to someone else.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Less than 24 hours notice – Full charge
Between 24 and 48 hours notice – 50% charge
More than 48 hours notice – No charge.
Failure to turn up will result in the value of the first night’s booking being charged. If, after your arrival, you chose to curtail your stay and leave before the end of the full duration of your booking, the full balance of your booking will be payable.

Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance cover.

This is strictly a non smoking establishment. Failure to comply with this will result in an extra charge of £50 per room to cover the cost of deep cleaning the room.

We take all major debit and credit cards and a debit/credit card number is required to secure bookings. Payment by cheque should be made payable to "Carnbeag". We accept Pounds Sterling but NOT Travellers Cheques. If you do not have a credit / debit card a deposit of £15 pounds is required.
